"The AMP Legal Graduate Program was a unique opportunity for me to kickstart my legal career by working alongside a team of highly experienced in-house lawyers. As a legal graduate, I had the opportunity to diversify my commercial and legal acumen through rotations in different legal teams. The flexibility of the graduate program opened up numerous opportunities for me, both in terms of building my fundamental legal skills but also in helping me recognise and develop my own strengths. I was provided with a strong support network of mentors, buddies, and managers who were easily accessible and approachable. I was constantly encouraged to push myself beyond my own comfort zone in order to develop both professionally and personally. However, I was never alone on the journey, with my graduate cohort and mentors supporting me every step of the way." Cindy, AMP Legal Graduate 2019

The job is always interesting to me, as there could always be some new technology or a new situation that we need to respond to, which means that I’m rarely bored.
