The flexible working hours would make it a great environment for parents, particularly women returning to the workforce that may still have to bear the brunt of children caring duties. On top of this they offer leave for secondary carers which helps to encourage a more even divide of caring duties in families. They do have a wonderful women in tech group as well that focuses on trying to encourage women to stay in tech, improve their skills and move up the ranks. The tech team is very diverse in terms of ethnicity. They do put a lot of effort into encouraging women and girls into tech as well.
