What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
i think long term it's good.
Graduate, Sydney
Decent for graduate level
Graduate, Sydney
Graduate salary is mid-tier, there are companies that are worse, but certainly a lot of companies that are a lot better. The lifestyle and flexibility is the tradeoff for lower pay. Bonus potential as a graduate is low
Graduate, Sydney
Pay is good and always an opportunity to negotiate. Bonus has been good thus far, however, I don't feel confident that it is consistent.
Graduate, Sydney
Above average but bonus is influenced more by company results than individual
Graduate, Sydney
The pay is solid for the role - about market standard.
Graduate, Sydney
Bonuses are low, but the salary for graduates is leading and much more appropriate compared to other Big 4 etc.
Graduate, Sydney
Depending on budget cuts, bonuses vary with each BU
Graduate, Sydney
The parameters for bonuses are quite rigorous so don't expect to receive the full amount. Pay on the whole is quite competitive and reviewed each year.
Graduate, Sydney
Pay would be more for my role at other tech companies but for a grad position it is pretty good.
Graduate, Sydney
Company pays market rate for your role.
Graduate, Sydney
From what I know the pay is slightly above average for graduate roles in the industry.
Graduate, Sydney
Not industry leading pay but certainly well WELL above average.
Midlevel, Sydney
They pay graduates quite well comparatively, and the pay prospects for devs are very good (in my opinion) after you become a full-time employee, but devs definitely get paid more than some other roles. The bonus is misleading - they offer a 'potential bonus' but it seems that very few people receive the full amount.

Low to no bonus
Graduate, Sydney
Bonuses are pretty good. Pay is decent, about on par with other tech companies. There are some companies who pay significantly more.
Graduate, Sydney
Pay is good and good chances for increases, however this is Sydney and rent is a lot
Graduate, Sydney
Bonus potential was low. Post-graduate program salary is well below market value and they ring-fence you at a standard $75k regardless of the position.
Graduate, Brisbane
salary for grads are on the top end of the graduate salary band, with a standard 3% increase annually. Then after the graduate program, salary would increase to the regular remuneration for the role your rolling off to.

Banking benefits are useful to have and the suite of staff deals is vast. The company also offers paid volunteering and community service leave. There is a focus on staff health and wellbeing so there are a lot of valuable pop-ups and events (e.g. free flu shot, health checks, skin cancer checks, free yoga classes, discounts on health insurance, access to counsellors etc)
