In my case was done very hastily.
I feel I've been trained well, with a good understanding of what we do and how it impacts the various levels of clients etc. I also can always ask questions and I'm encouraged to do so.
There is a lot of training for various systems and workflows. While it's not perfect, the training is usually 1:1 so there is plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and the company is very responsive to feedback on their training and always working to improve the experience.
My training wasn't too well established. Only now am I receiving more in depth training rather than broad strokes.
