Good policies are in place to help improve diversity
There are a lot of emails about diversity however, it's not very clear what is actually being done. It is evident that women on maternity leave are treated well but this is for higher ranking staff such as managers. Not sure how it would be handled for lower ranking staff.

Some outreach programs like mentoring those who are from low decile schools and those who have been out of employment for a while.
