What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I believe that the team and industry I work in are unique. Comparative to graduate salaries at Construction firms the salaries are lower. My understanding is that all graduates at FTI Consulting receive similar compensation, however my industry has arguably the most competitive graduate salaries. FTI Consulting will need to match these in order to attract the same calibre of graduates.
There could be a higher pay to attract more talent.
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
The best perk is by far the contribution to additional study. Drinks on Friday in the kitchen is a good way to end the week and chat to staff members you may otherwise not have opportunities to meet.
