Salary at Future Insure Graduate Program

They pay is fair, currently I am not eligible for bonuses.

I would like more but for my current role, only slightly below what I would expect.

I am very satisfied with the salary and bonuses that I have received from my employer. Especially considering that I am just a graduate.

Although the salary for the role was on the low end of the scale, I realise that as a graduate it is to be expected that I am not compensated as much as other employees. Being promoted to a higher position has allowed me to receive a monetary raise in the past months.

Not enough, compared to what others earn due to their age.

Free lunch during training sessions

My employer offers many health and well-being perks. For example, we are given two days off a year to participate in charity events. Also, we have a subsidy program for costs incurred for gym memberships, physiotherapy sessions etc.

Adroit have offered many lunches and morning teas throughout my time working there, for the most part free of charge. They also have employee of the month awards, of which I was a winner in May of this year, for which a gift voucher is awarded to the winner.
