We have a dedicated diversity and inclusion team that runs initiatives throughout the firm. They're encouraging men to take parental leave; they have made a policy change to pay superannuation to those on parental leave; we provide pro bono advice to minority groups; encouraging flexible working to make work and your life work together better etc.
Our workplace is exceptional at finding excellent women, however we are so good we have a relative drought of new male employees. Our office is still relatively homogenous.
They appear committed to me.
