Salary at Ixom New Zealand

Historically Ixom has been slightly below average for paying graduates with tertiary qualifications

Bonuses at the end of the year are a nice incentive but i think there could be an improvement in the salary rise between rotations

The pay is fair when compared to other graduates.

The pay is very reasonable. Cannot comment about bonuses yet as I have not been working for that long

Supporting charities and allowing staff to volunteer on company time

Reduced price for glasses

If you have to relocate for the role they give you extra to cover the cost of this.

I feel the work trips are a great perk. Going out of the city for a few days while working is great as it is a nice change of pace while you're still working
