Salary at NAB

The pay is decent for a big four bank. Graduates do not receive bonuses.

As a grad, the pay is pretty generous, however we are not initialed to any bonuses, which i think should be reconsidered

The pay is fine (Who would say no to a pay rise?) for a graduate, I am content with it. Although we do not receive bonuses as grads, we receive about $1000 worth of company shares (a bonus would be great though).

Good graduate rate

The pay is decent, particularly compared to other graduate programs. It is not as good as some of the other banks however.

The company has strong affiliation with the AFL and other large events so we're often privy to discounts or first access to tickets.

Discount mortgages rates and credit card application fees.

Waived fees on credit cards and etc. I'm sure there are more, as I haven't really used them.

Interest free yearly myki, no annual fee credit cards

The NAB staff club gives you access to a huge number of discounted tickets, merchandise and goods you can purchase. There are also a number of employee benefits for financial products.
