How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Generally work 10 hours a day with small breaks. Flexibility limited by when the market is open. but otherwise outside of then, generally quite flexible.

For developers, it is very flexible - I've seen people start from anywhere between 7-10am. People are also very understanding of people showing up later or leaving early if something is on.

Hours depend on daylight saving i.e. everything shifted an hour later because we trade Asian markets. In Risk, there is an early shift and late shift which is an extra half hour. Somewhat flexible, can take lunch break.
