Pays good don't really have bonuses

There are limited bonuses. Most of the pay comes from the salary.

Pay is the standard amongst across most other consultancies.

I am very satisfied with my salary and realise after speaking with peers on the same level that I am incredibly fortunate. The company reviews your salary yearly through a feedback system and I think it is good to have some certainty that you will receive a review. Bonuses are quite rare however and usually consist of $250-$500.

Pay is competitive in NZ.

They are at market rate for graduates.

We get annual pay rises but they don't seem to be a very big jump. We get spot bonuses if managers think we have done a particularly good job on a specific project.

While company pays for all the business-related costs, the company offers free or reduced-priced trainings/ tickets etc.

Some perks include basic health insurance (which is very useful to have - especially in these times), we also get 10 days of sick leave a year which is more than double of the legal requirement (which is pretty amazing), they have a company day at the end of the year which essentially means you get one extra day of leave and they have a free, confidential guidance programme (called OCP) which means you get 3x free counselling sessions a year.
