Pay is above average salary range for a Graduate and really good for a first full time role. Bonuses are provided twice a year depending on performance which is nice.

I think it's too tied to company performance

Pay increase seems a little slow after finishing the graduate program, at least compared to my other friends who work in the actuarial roles in other companies.
