Informal training is good and at job. So you will be given tasks in or out of your comfort zone which you can complete and you will be vaguely guided through.

As a graduate, the training and development programme is extensive. We have some sort of training every 2-3 months. I also have a mentor who I meet up with weekly who is a great avenue to express concerns, interests and ask questions. To date, the best training I have received was a 2-day presentation skills training. It was insightful and made me re-think how I present. It also made me more aware of understanding the audience.

Most project management skills - would consider more involvement in scheduling and development of projects. Would also look into upskilling in the use of company software such as Ellipse
