Senior management is exceptionally accessible. Whilst there is no formal mentoring program, senior managers take time to get to know you, with line managers and senior managers providing ongoing coaching and feedback. In line with a strong performance culture, there is a strong culture of recognition - an example of this is when a new customer has been won, business-wide comms are circulated.

The managers for interns are very experienced engineers who have a wealth of knowledge. They are very accessible. The executive team were very friendly and would ensure that we were enjoying our work and our time with the business.
The managers are very open and appear often around the working area. The line managers meet with their team regularly to check in, give advice and see how they are working.
While they are very busy they do take time to answer questions when they arise. At the beginning, gaining feedback was challenging as the direction I was given was very broad and was not familiar with the sector or style of writing that was required. However as I communicated that with our allocated HR, tasks and the direction I was directed towards was clearer.
Manager can be critical and is open to giving and receiving feedback.
