Firm has supportive child care and maternity leave policies - commitment to recruitment of women/LGBT.
Graduate, Sydney
The firm is very diverse, and I have colleagues from all different nationalities, ethnicities, and genders. Everyone is very respectful of one another, and I've never once felt out of place because of my background.

Strong commitment to diversity - active committees and initiatives. Generous parental leave scheme and impressive retention.

Regular committee meetings for diversity (gender balance, LGBT, reconciliation). To my understanding, flexible with maternity and paternity leave, emergency child care offered.

There are many internal committees set up to deal with important issues such as diversity, LGBT, gender balance etc.

Reconciliation programs that focus on providing opportunities to indigenous Australians.
Graduate, Sydney
I come from a less privileged background and (unlike in interviews at some other firms) it has never been an issue for me at this firm, either during the hiring process or as a graduate. The firm really does recruit people from all walks of life.
