Respectful work culture. Good focus on diversity at all stages. Good paternity leave options. Promotion is purely based on one's experience and skills, as far as I have seen.

There are many awareness events and recruitment drives for equality. Good overall. I can't provide details on every single question otherwise this survey is going to take forever since it's so long. My company scores well in every item listed in the question, with decisions coming from the CEO.

They offer a larger referral bonus if your candidate is a woman vs. man. I'm not sure about the recruitment ethics of they type of program.

This is the engineering sector - there is a diversity issue. especially male to female retention and recruitment. However I can't speak too much to this because my team is 90% female, with only 2 men in leadership positions, so I am surrounded by a commitment to retention and promotion of diversity, especially when it comes to mat leave and childcare. but I can see the disparity when working alongside certain engineering teams.

WSP has a Diversity and Inclusion society who are dedicated to ensuring that WSP staff feel comfortable. WSP has had a steady rate of increased female employees and are continuing to actively recruit females in the business. In my short time here, I have seen two female employees successfully complete maternity leave who have been retained and are back happily working.

A very diversified company which allows any race, colour or sex to be who they are, increasing the quality of work. No racism is tolerated by the senior managements and little racism actually realistically occurs in the company.

I am unsure of what the business does in these regards. From my understanding the recruitment process would be the same.

There are a few people who have been recruited through programs that connect them to low-SES students, however the company has hundreds of employees and people from low-SES backgrounds are massively underrepresented.
